A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. There may be slow responses on organisation search. Other parts of the platform are unaffected. Some search requests may fail or time out and can be retried.

We're experiencing an elevated level of API errors and are currently looking into the issue. We have identified the cause and are in the process of restricting it.
